Dan has been in the mortgage business for over 28 years, and part of the Barrington Mortgage team for 19 years.  He was named one of the top 50 producers in the country in 2001. Dan has served on various committees of the Illinois Association of Mortgage Bankers over the years and is a member of the Illinois Association of Mortgage Brokers.

Prior to becoming a mortgage banker Dan owned his own real estate firm.  He earned his GRI designation and taught both GRI and pre-licensing courses for the State of Iowa.

Previous to real estate Dan was an agent for four years with Prudential Insurance Co., where he earned the LUTC designation and several company awards.

Dan is in an exceptional position to advise and educate his clients regarding mortgage financing, personal cash flow or certain real estate matters as he owns several rental properties.
